Return and Refund Policy

We’re really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you’ve received a faulty item, please fill the product return form by clicking here and will get this sorted for you. 

It’s ok if you changed your mind. These things happen.

If the product is faulty or you changed your mind, we will refund your money or send you a new item including free shipping. 

If you purchased the wrong item, we’ll swap it over no questions asked including free shipping.

To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your complete name and address (same used to purchase the product)
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product)
  • What you’d like (exchange or refund)

Now for the nitty gritty – you have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. after 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item. All returns must be mailed back to us at your own expense

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours of ordering it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please read carefully
if you need to change some parameters, like addresses or colour etc., please contact us via email at info@treasurehuntingshop.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, if it does not notify on time and if we do not have the availability of what you want. 

Sales & Discount Policy 
Please read carefully ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Items purchased in offers, discounted prices or final prices, will not be returned, nor apply for online credit.

Carriers and Claims
It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case treasurehuntingshop.com will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@treasurehuntingshop.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@treasurehuntingshop.com and send your item to our address below

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
